Help Me Recover from Knee Surgery

My knee was severely injured recently. I am to have reconstructive surgery on April 30th. My insurance has a $5,000 deductible and doesn't cover all the supplies, physical therapy, and machines I need to recover. I'll be off work and unable to pay my bills for a month at least. I could really use your help. I would really appreciate anything you could do. And please spread the word.
