Today was a wake-up call. I injured my back at work doing the kind of physical labor I’ve done for years to provide for my family. As I sat there in pain, one thought kept running through my mind: “How much longer can I keep doing this?” I’m a father first. My daughter depends on me to be strong, present, and able.
