After hitting a pothole, my tire came off the rim and I wasn't able to tow my car right away. When I returned later that same day to fix it, I discovered that someone had stolen my vehicle and had it illegally towed to a scrap yard. Without my permission, the scrap yard destroyed my car, leaving me without transportation and facing a huge setback.

Losing my car has made it impossible for me to get to work, attend doctor appointments, and keep up with my side hustles like Lyft and DoorDash. I had just bought my car and was working hard to recover the money I spent and invested in it. This unexpected loss has affected every part of my daily life, making it difficult to move forward.
