I never imagined my life would change so suddenly. After working two double shifts, I was too exhausted to drive home safely, so I pulled over to rest. Because of my sleep apnea, I fell into a deep sleep, and a 911 call brought police to my car. They pulled me out by my arm, and from what I understand, I was left strapped down in the ambulance. I vomited and drowned on my own vomit, and was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. I was intubated and in a coma, and I don’t remember anything until the tube was being pulled from my throat. A few days later, my oxygen dropped again, and I was intubated and in a coma for about two months.

During this ordeal, my left rotator cuff was torn and I suffered severe brachial plexus, leaving me unable to lift my arm. As an electrician, I can’t work in this condition. My savings are gone, and the hospital bills, food, and daily expenses are overwhelming. I have kids and a wife who depend on me, and I’m terrified of losing everything I’ve worked so hard for.
