Help me recoup from a Crypto online scam

My name Robert and even though I took every precaution to safeguard myself and my earnings. I got all my bank account cleaned out by online scammers. They took everything and maxed out my credit cards. I need help as I am looking at Cancer surgery and retirement income from that savings that is just gone now.
