Help us rebuild our home
Donation protected
For the past few months, I’ve been dragging my worldly and carefully curated possessions across continents for them to all burn down in one single place and night. Nearly everything is gone: beloved books and art, furniture, plants, tech, bike. It’s taken me some time to write this because I didn’t have access to anything. No phone, no computer, no passport. Jay didn’t even have shoes when he got out. We’ve been floating in that restless space between loss and bureaucracy.
Jay, Liam, and I are physically intact, but emotionally flambéed— our sense of hope has been gently Kondo’d. And now, my birthday is on the 30th. So if you were planning to wish me well while I blow out a few candles… perhaps help me rebuild what they lit on fire. Your funds will go towards interim housing, food, clothes, transport, and computers. Any donation, message, or share means more than you might think… My friends know I’ve never been a minimalist. (Not by choice.).
Thank you for your kindness.
