Help Me Rebuild My Life and Career in Germany
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Sarah, and I’m asking for your support to help me take the most important step of my life: relocating to Germany through the Chancenkarte visa program.
I come from Tunisia, a country full of beauty , but also challenges. Growing up,
I always dreamed of living in a place where I could express myself freely, follow my dreams without fear, and build a life with dignity, respect, and hope. That place, for me, has always been Germany.
A Childhood Dream, A Lifelong Passion
Since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by storytelling, by the power of words, and by the role journalism plays in shaping the world. But in a society where dreams are often sacrificed for survival, I first studied engineering in industrial chemistry, hoping it would offer me stability.
Still, my heart was elsewhere. I couldn’t ignore my deep desire to write, communicate, and tell the stories that matter. So I made the bold decision to follow my passion and began a new academic and professional journey in journalism and communication sciences.
Today, I am a trained journalist with several years of experience. I create content that blends psychology, culture, and critical thinking. My dream is to continue growing as a writer, storyteller, and media professional , in a country where freedom of expression is truly valued.
Why Germany?
Germany has always inspired me , not just as an economic power, but as a cultural home for thinkers, creators, and innovators. I’ve always admired German literature, cinema, music, and the values of community, respect, and social responsibility.
The Chancenkarte visa offers me the possibility to live legally in Germany and find work in my field , a rare and life-changing opportunity.
But there's a catch.
What’s Stopping Me
To apply for the visa and relocate, I need to show proof of financial independence. That means:
- Opening a blocked bank account in Germany with several thousand euros
- Paying visa and travel fees
- Covering basic living expenses while I look for a job
I’ve tried everything, but I cannot raise this money alone. This is why I’m reaching out for help.
What I’m Asking For
I'm raising €12,000, which will cover:
✅ The required blocked account
✅ Visa and travel costs
✅ Initial housing and living expenses
No donation is too small. Even sharing this campaign is an act of kindness that brings me closer to my dream.
✨ Why It Matters
This is not just about going to Germany. It’s about finally having the chance to:
- Live safely, freely, and independently
- Work legally in journalism and communication
-Rebuild a life of purpose, dignity, and peace
-Give back through stories, through solidarity, and through meaningful work
From My Heart to Yours
It’s not easy to ask for help. But I believe in the power of community, of generosity, and of people who care , even from far away.
If you believe in second chances, in following one’s dreams, or in the value of supporting others when they have no one else , then you’re already part of my journey.
Thank you,
Sarah
