Help me rebuild my life, after tragic attack by my own son

I never imagined that I would be here, writing these words with tears streaming down my face. On what seemed like an ordinary morning, my life changed forever in the most unimaginable way. As I was leaving my house to go to work, like I do every day, my own son -My flesh and blood- attacked me. He stabbed me multiple times, puncturing my lungs and leaving me helpless,bleeding out and fighting for my life. After his attack, he stole my car and crashed it. Leaving me not only physically wounded but also financially devastated.

I am still in shock and coming to terms with the fact that the child I raised with nothing but love could do something so heinous. This betrayal has taken an emotional toll on me but I also haven’t been able to support myself and my young teenage daughter who is also depending on me. Unable to return to work, and with no other source of income, I’m struggling to stay afloat.

I am reaching out with a heavy heart, asking for your kindness and support. I need help to repair the damage to my car, which is essential for me to return to work and regain my sense of independence. More importantly I need to move from my current residence to a place where I can feel safe, begin my healing journey, and start piecing my life back together. I know it will be a physical, emotional, and mental battle but I’m determined to heal, rebuild and find peace again.
