I just got out of prison a year ago and have been trying so hard to find a job, but I keep getting turned down for reasons I can’t fix unless I get work—like not having a car or a place to live. My dad just died, so I have no one left in my life and no help. I’m all alone and struggling to get by every day.

I’ve been dealing with several mental health diagnoses that make life even harder. Recently, things got so overwhelming that I tried to end my life, and I had to be revived. Being homeless and without support has made everything feel impossible, but I’m still here and trying to keep going.

The funds from this fundraiser would go toward housing, transportation, food, going back to school, and things that would help me want to live again. These essentials would give me a chance to get back on my feet and start building a better future.
