My name is Danyil, and I am from the Kherson region of Ukraine. For a year, my home was under Russian occupation. Now it is constantly being hit by terrifying shelling.

The photo I will attach to this fundraiser shows the shattered window of my own room, damaged by a strike. Today, the house is almost completely destroyed. I no longer have a home to return to.

During my forced escape and the chaos of losing everything, I accumulated several debts and urgent bills that I am unable to cover on my own. I am also struggling with frequent migraines and symptoms of PTSD, which make it difficult to work fully and consistently.

I am currently living in Germany as a refugee, learning German, and preparing to continue my education so that I can rebuild my future. But before I can move forward, I need to resolve the debts and expenses that resulted directly from fleeing the war and losing my home.

What the funds will be used for

• paying off debts that arose during my forced displacement

• covering essential bills and immediate expenses

• medical-related costs for migraines and trauma symptoms

• stabilizing my current situation so I can focus on education and integration
