Help Rebuild My Life After a Car Accident

Dear Friends and Family,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to share a difficult chapter in my life that I never expected to face. Recently, I was a victim of a nasty hit and run in which I was left unconscious in a pile of blood. A guardian angel happened to come by and call 911, if not I don’t think I’d be here today. The culprit is still at large and I am hoping to find the person responsible. I received several fractured ribs, a shattered heel and massive facial trauma. I was ambulances to Harborview medical where I underwent an emergency 8 hour surgery to try and save my face. Several screws and plates were used to correct the damage and my jaw is wired shut (which is really rough since I can barely talk and have to be on a liquid diet). I will be out of work for months but am trying to stay positive throughout the recovery process, but I am grateful to still be among the living. Here is a before and after pic:

The physical and emotional toll has been overwhelming, and I am now facing multiple surgeries and a long recovery process.

The accident has not only left me with significant medical expenses but also affected my ability to work and support myself. I’m determined to heal and get back on my feet, but I need your help to cover medical bills, therapy, and living expenses during my recovery.
