Help Emma Build a Community Wellbeing Space in Minchinhampto

In 2021, I lost my home in the middle of the pandemic.

Within months, I’d had to close my therapy practice and sell everything I’d built. For a long time, simply surviving had to come first.

Now, after years of rebuilding, I’m finally in a position to start again — and I want to create something bigger than what I had before. Not just a therapy practice, but an affordable, community-rooted wellbeing space right here in Minchinhampton.

This is where you come in.

For many years, holistic massage was my way of supporting people through stress, pain, exhaustion, and life’s challenges. I worked with clients from all walks of life — giving them space to slow down, breathe, and feel genuinely cared for.

Losing that was one of the hardest parts of losing my home.

Now I’m retraining with a full accredited qualification — completing my holistic massage certification in August 2026 — and I have a garden in Minchinhampton where I can build something lasting & sustainable.

What I’m building:

A beautiful, professional therapy cabin in my garden — a calm, safe, and nurturing treatment space, thoughtfully designed and carefully curated to feel like a genuine sanctuary.

Alongside it, a small community sauna — a warm, welcoming space for shared restoration. Together they create a whole experience. Not a luxury retreat, but something better than that — a place that holds you, that belongs to this community, and that anyone can walk into and feel genuinely cared for.

This is about collective wellbeing. A space that is inclusive, intentional, and rooted right here in Minchinhampton.

Who it’s for:

Quite simply — everyone. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, stress or tension, a moment of stillness & to unwind, or simply the experience of being properly looked after, this space is for you.

As the practice grows, I want to build in a pay-it-forward option, so the whole community can access it regardless of circumstance.

Our immediate goal: £3,275

Phase 1 — Training & Accreditation: £1,675
Completing my fully accredited ITEC holistic massage qualification with Cotswold Academy in August 2026.

Phase 2 — Treatment Space Setup: £1,500
Creating a calm, professional treatment space to begin seeing clients immediately.

Contingency: £100

We're already more than a fifth of the way there — £695 has already been raised toward this first milestone.

Once Phase 1 and 2 are funded, the campaign will continue toward the full vision — a professional therapy cabin and a community sauna cabin. Costs for both are currently being finalised, but the full project is estimated at under £20,000. Every penny raised beyond our immediate goal goes directly toward making that happen.

This project is about more than rebuilding what I lost.

It’s about creating something that didn’t exist before — a space for rest, connection, and genuine care, rooted in this community and open to everyone in it.

I’ve come a long way to get here. With your help, I can build something that lasts.
