Hello family, friends, and kind-hearted supporters,
I never thought I’d be in a position to ask for help like this—but here I am, humbly reaching out.
After seven years with Vanguard, I had to make the painful decision to leave my job to safeguard my custody of Ian and Bella and fight against a misuse of the DSS system. It was one of the hardest times of my life, but I did what I had to do for my kids.
The good news? I just started a new role at Raymond James! I’m beyond excited to get back on my feet and return to providing fully for my family.
But I need your help to get there.
During the nine months I was unemployed, I had to rely on my retirement savings, which are now gone. I also fell behind on several credit cards and loans and am at real risk of having to file for bankruptcy. I’ve done everything I can to avoid asking for help, but I’ve reached the point where I can’t catch up without support.
I’m raising funds to cover past-due balances and stop further financial damage. Every dollar raised will go directly to critical expenses so I can start fresh and keep moving forward. Anything above the goal will help reduce the higher balances that have grown with interest and fees.
I also want to support Ian and Bella’s mom, who has taken on more than her share of their expenses during this time—I’d love to help reimburse her as quickly as possible.
As a thank you:
If you’re able to donate $50 or more, I’d like to offer you a free personal financial consultation. As an Investment Advisor Representative, I can help with investing, retirement planning, budgeting, or saving for your family’s future. If you donate anonymously but would still like to take advantage of this, just message me with a screenshot of your donation receipt.
Whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing this with others, your help means the world to me right now. I’m not asking for a handout—just a hand up.
With gratitude,
Ryan
