Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out in hopes of some help after an incredibly tough couple of months. When Hurricane Milton hit, I lost both my home and my car. The roof of my house flew off and landed directly on my car, causing severe damage to both. My home was destroyed, along with most of my clothes and personal belongings. It’s been a rough road to recovery, especially with my job also being impacted by Hurricane Helene.

But there’s hope. I’ve been offered a new job and housing in Colorado, and I’m taking this opportunity to start fresh. It’s a chance to rebuild my life after these back-to-back disasters, but I need help to make it out there and get back on my feet. I’ll need to replace the clothes I lost, buy food for my first weeks there, and ideally, secure a new car once I arrive.

I’m asking for your support in this transition. Every little bit helps, whether it’s contributing to clothes, food, or saving up for a reliable vehicle so I can get to work in my new home.
