My name is Josh Martin, and I never imagined I would be in this situation. On October 12th, an electrical fault in my apartment building caused a fire that spread through several units — including mine. Thankfully, I escaped without injury, but I lost nearly everything I owned within minutes.

Clothes, furniture, my laptop for university work, important documents, and even sentimental items from my family were destroyed. My insurance claim is still under review, and I’ve been told the process may take several months due to building-wide damages.
