Help Me Rebuild After Total Loss in Apartment Fire

As some of you may know, my apartment building caught fire yesterday. My unit, along with the rest of the building, was completely destroyed. The fire started a few units down on the top floor and spread quickly. My apartment was also on the top floor. I was able to get my pets out safely, but nothing inside my unit is salvageable, and I won’t be able to return at all.

Everything I owned is a total loss—clothes, furniture, important documents, personal items, uniforms, and all of my military memorabilia from my time in the Navy are gone. I’m now trying to figure out my next steps while processing the shock and stress of starting over from scratch.
