I need help starting over. I have been struggling for months to get by, but I need help.

BACKGROUND:

My no-contact parent's mental health has been slipping since January and I've been helping them and getting them to get treatment, and this summer it got out-of-control and it has led to me being homeless for a month and having start over with a bunch of legal fees fighting constant false charges they keep filing in different courts against me.

I was also (on a separate occasion) wrongfully being arrested due to an officer's "mistake."

CURRENTLY:

Since this has happened, I've been dealing with a lot of medical issues that require specialists and mentally, I'm at my wits' end. I'm on medication and in therapy 2x/week (and that is now being legally required for my ongoing cases).

I have been looking for jobs, a lot of jobs aren't responding or have a lot of health risks and I'm immunocompromised. I've tried to get disability, but I don't meet the threshold for assistance.

Not having a job or being able to get assistance AND the additional legal and medical issues drained all my savings and unemployment, and I've been struggling for months to keep together.

I got a new place with the rest of my family and I'm just trying to start the new year in a better place and just need some help.
