Help Me Rebuild After Medical Negligence & Tragedy
In 2022, I made the difficult but empowered decision to have my tubes tied after nearly a decade of struggling with birth control side effects. With the overturning of Roe v. Wade, I feared for my future reproductive rights and felt this was the best choice at the time.
Fast forward to 2024, my perspective shifted, and I was ready to start planning for a family. But when I went to begin the process of a tubal reversal, I was met with devastating news—my tubes had never been tied. Instead, without my knowledge or consent, they had been completely removed. The surgeon performed the wrong procedure, leaving me permanently unable to conceive naturally. Now, my only option for having biological children is through extensive and costly IVF treatments.
This violation of my body and my choice has left me emotionally and mentally shattered. The weight of this loss has made it difficult to maintain steady employment, and to make matters worse, my health insurance was cut off, leaving me in an impossible financial situation.
Then, in February of this year, another unexpected tragedy struck—a Tesla Cybertruck driver, in an act of road rage, hit my car and totaled it. Now, on top of everything, I’m without transportation, making it even harder to get back on my feet.
I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help, but I’m struggling to stay afloat. I’m not looking for a handout—just a little support to help me cover medical expenses, secure reliable transportation, and afford basic necessities like food.
Any amount, big or small, means the world to me. If you’ve read this far, thank you for taking the time to hear my story. Your kindness and generosity are deeply appreciated.
