Hello, my name is Erin and I’m fundraising to help my uncle Mike pay for the funeral costs for my cousin Jacob. Jacob passed away at 22 years after battling muscular dystrophy since birth. Regardless of his disease Jacob was happy and mad everyone around him feel special. I’m asking for help for my uncle in this hard time, to try and make this awful thing a little easier for him.
