Hi, my name is Sasza, also known as Aleks, and I’m reaching out to ask for help covering the costs of my gender affirming healthcare.

I’m currently at my final stage with GenderPlus in Dublin, which includes my last appointment, required blood tests, and prescription fees. These costs are essential for me to continue my HRT, but right now I’m struggling to afford them

Due to my disability, I’ve had to leave my job and I currently have no income. I live with Ehlers Danlos syndrome and scoliosis, which cause me chronic daily pain and frequent flare ups. Even simple tasks and short trips have become difficult, and maintaining a job even one only 5–10 minutes away is no longer realistic for me at this time.

HRT is incredibly important for my mental health and wellbeing, especially while dealing with the physical limitations and pain I experience every day.
