Help put wheels on my food truck dream!

My name is Dawn and I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember. I learned from the best, my Italian Mom and Grandmother and eventually ended up in culinary school. Over the last 30 years I’ve worked every position in a restaurant you can imagine, from dishwasher to general manager.   Another thing you should know about me is that I love pizza, all kinds of pizza, thin crust, Sicilian crust, brick oven, and the most unappreciated and overlooked of all - the English muffin pizza.  I think we all learned to make these when we were little and during my pregnancy five years ago I brought them to another level! It was the only thing I really craved. My mom and grandmother taught me how to make marinara sauce and you’ll see that featured a lot on my menu as well as being sold by the pint and quart. It will be a small menu of classic and gourmet English muffin pizzas with a couple seasonal additions.  Now that I’m a mom I feel like I need to put my best foot forward for my family and with the support of my amazing husband I’m going to give it a shot. I’ve always dreamed of selling my food, done my way.  And food trucks are just so damn cool. So please help me bring the Saucy Mama to life!
