Help Me Publish a Book to Inspire Brave, Wild Boys
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jessica and I live in beautiful Tasmania. I'm deeply passionate about helping boys embrace their true nature—wild, free, brave, and deeply connected to the world around them. I believe in encouraging boys to explore, to be curious, to discover who they are beyond screens and stereotypes. As someone who sees the world a little differently, I want to create stories that reflect a deeper sense of honour, identity, and courage—stories that tell boys they can be more than what society says they are.
I’ve written a children’s book with this exact mission in mind—to inspire boys to live boldly and authentically. Now, I’m raising funds to publish this book and bring it into the hands of children and families who need it. Publishing can be expensive, and I want to do it right, with high-quality illustrations and printing that capture the heart of the story. My goal is not just to get one book out into the world, but to start building a path where I can continue writing and illustrating meaningful books for children.
As an autistic person, mainstream jobs have never quite fit me. But storytelling and illustrating are where I come alive—it’s how I express myself and share my vision. Supporting this project means more than just helping publish a book—it’s supporting a creative journey that allows me to work in a way that’s authentic to who I am. If this message resonates with you, I’d be so grateful for your support, whether through donations or simply sharing my campaign. Every bit brings me closer to helping boys grow into their truest, bravest selves.
