Help me prevent being unable to pay bills

Hi, im in a rough spot. Ive been close to being homless for a few months and though my living situation has evened out a little bit, my savings account has taken a huge hit. Im currently in a situation where im not making as much money as i was told i would when i started my most recent job. I am getting an income, but my safety net is gone. This is my emergency back up to try and put some money back in my account so i dont end up unable to pay my bills and run the risk of not being able to provide for my cat and dog. Any sort of help is appreciated.
