Help Me Play Lacrosse in Australia

Hi, my name is Brittney Poljacik and I am fundraising for the Australia Women’s Lacrosse Tour. Two days ago I received an email about a once in a lifetime opportunity. I was invited to participate in the 2022 Beyond Sports Australia Lacrosse tour this summer.

“Since 2010, Beyond Sports has provided transformative athletic and cultural experiences across the globe to hundreds of college coaches and thousands of college athletes! To date, we have

hosted student-athletes from over 650 different universities across nearly every college sport with trips to Costa Rica, South Africa, Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Panama, Thailand, and Australia.

This summer's 12-Day tour from July 18th - July 29th includes 3 games against top club and university teams, while exploring Melbourne and Sydney! This is a great opportunity for your players to explore a different culture through lacrosse!”

As I am graduating from Norwich University in just under 60 days I thought my lacrosse career was ending then too. Lacrosse has been a part of my life since I was in third grade. Since the moment I picked up a stick I haven’t put it down. I developed a family within the sport and it’s something I will never forget. I now have been offered this incredible opportunity to play lacrosse in Australia!

This trip is quite expensive and not one that me or my family can afford on our own. I created this GoFundMe to ask all my friends and family for help to play my sport one last time. As I mentioned, I’m graduating, instead of graduation gifts I would love if you were able to help me make it to Australia in July!
