hi, my name is michelle anne claros, im 16 years old and ive been selected to play in the fil-euro tournament from july 15-19 in manila, philippines.

i have been playing volleyball since september 2022, and started playing out of interest as a way to be more active, and also be surrounded by likeminded community. since then, volleyball has become a big part of my life and have played for different leagues such as u16-18 london lynx, london youth games and all nations.

another big part of my life is my heritage, and playing volleyball has helped me find people within my culture to share and create experiences with. fil-euro has helped me bring the two things i love together and it's something i want to continue being apart of.

being selected to play in the fil-euro tournament in manila against other amazing teams would be such a great opportunity for me, and by taking part means challenging myself to play outside my comfort zone, continue improving my skills in a different field.
