UPDATE: I am home safe from hospital. I’m still not well but I am well enough for dad and mum to look after me with my doctor on call if needed

Hi, I’m Koda… and I’m currently in hospital

Hi everyone, my name is Koda. I’m usually a happy, wiggly butt-machine who loves snacks, cuddles, and sneakily eating mystery objects when Dad and Mum aren’t looking.

Well… turns out that hobby has landed me in the doggy hospital with a very upset tummy. No one knows yet if I ate something I shouldn’t have…but let’s be real, I probably did.

I’m currently on IV fluids, pain meds, and careful monitoring, and my bill has already hit $3,000.

To make it worse, my pet insurance is absolute rubbish and apparently doesn’t think my “exploding stomach” situation meets their requirements for being a properly sick girl. Rude.

So now I’ve accidentally drained Dad and Mum’s savings account on my hospital staycation.

I really want to help pay them back because if I don’t… they said I’ll have to start an OnlyPaws account, and I’m simply not emotionally prepared to share my toe beans with the internet.
