Help Me Pay My Property Taxes To Keep My Home.

Hi, my legal name is Jacquelyn Treadway, but my friends and family know me as LYNN. I'm raising funds to help pay the property taxes for my home.

I'm a 75 year old disabled retiree, living on a fixed income, and I take care of my disabled son who has no income. I have lived in my current home for 40 years. I've always paid my property taxes in a timely manner. However, due to circumstances beyond my control, I have been unable to save enough money to pay my 2022 and 2023 property taxes.

During the past 2 years, every time I save any money to pay the taxes, some emergency occurs that wipes out my savings. Just a few examples include:

Major leak in kitchen pipes $715

Sickness and Death of my 2 cats (Vet bills) $1,000

Payment to Attorney $1,400 (still owe $600 more)

Car repair $500

In addition, my house payment has increased $200 a month due to the increases in interest rates from 3.25% to 8.5%. This $200 per month increase was the money I set aside to cover taxes.

It is extremely URGENT that I pay these taxes. If they are not paid by next month (January), the county will SELL my home and I will be homeless.

PLEASE, please help me, dear friends. I am desperate. Thank you for any help you can give.
