Hello,

My name is Arthur Dupre. In September I severely broke my leg. Both lower bones shattered 3/4 of the way down. This caused the knee to pull apart damaging tendons. The doctor says (Dr. Lawless /Eliot Hosp.) It will be 6 more weeks for bones to heal. Then he can remove the post and screws the put in to try and repair the damage. Another 4 weeks before he can replace the damaged knee, 6 weeks to recuperate from that. My medicare United Health insurance says I can go home I don,t need a nursing facility. I've appealed their findings and was turned down. While this was happening my landlord served me an eviction notice. My rent was paid automatically from my bank. He said I breached my contract, He says Ididn't keep it clean. He's now asking $400.00 more then I paid. My funds come from SSDI and are $2124.00./mo The nursing facility says I owe $38000.00 as of 12/31/2022. Add the future costs and no where to live at the moment. I could really use your help. I spend my days doing therapudic exercises and apartment searching via the web. I would really appreciate the help and support thru this crisis. Thankyou.
