Hi, my name is Taylor — on Saturday afternoon my sweet 4 year old dog Rosie while doing her favorite activity of zoomies around the yard. Sadly, she didn’t see the snow plow pole that was down on the lawn and impaled herself on it. After rushing her to the emergency vet with a $1800 bill we then had to transfer her to Cornell’s veterinary emergency — and were quoted between $6000 and $8000 to have life saving surgery, she has a tracheal abrasion and a hole in her pleural cavity, meaning that she has pockets of air and fluid surrounding her heart and lungs. We got her x rays, CT, labs, as well as surgical costs, I am a full time university student and need help paying to cover my baby’s bills since I can’t pay it all myself. I adopted her last year on my birthday during a really difficult time and me and her have healed each other — she’s my best friend and I can’t imagine being without her, absolutely anything helps. Help me get Rosie back home
