Help me pay for my eye infection

I recently moved to a new area and got sick, which also infected my eye; repeated doctor visits ran medical bills up and my identity got stolen so I can't even use a credit card to pay for them.

I don't know how this app works as I've never done something like this before but if there are any generous people out there who can help I'll have faith in humanity again I guess. I already work 2 jobs and 2 side hustles and don't know what else to do.
