Help me pay for my deceased mother's house debts

Hi my name is Luana and my mother, who lost her fight against breast cancer a few years ago, left behind a house that she loved very much, but which I discovered is full of debt. I will never know if she knew of the existence of all the debts the house had or if she simply didn't want to scare us, probably the latter, but unfortunately, the house is now at risk of being taken over by the municipal government. Neither me or my sister has means to pay for it, in fact we will need to sell it as soon as we can to stop accumulating debts but with all the debts it currently has it impossible to change owner without paying for it first, which means we're back to the initial problem.
