Help Me Pay For Apple's Surgery

My dog Apple broke her leg a few weeks ago and after being in a cast, her leg is not healing. The only options we have are to get the leg amputated or to put her down. The amputation is about $3000 which I don't have. She needs the surgery within 2 weeks or I will have to put her down. 

I have had Apple with me for 9 years. She has been with me through every hardship in my life and I would be lost without her. I would be eternally grateful for any amount of a donation. If you  can't donate, please share this around.
