Hi my name is Lily, I'm 23 and I'm a disabled trans woman who needed to flee from a household of domestic violence. I love helping people, and my goal one day would be to work in mental health where I can help many other people who have been in similar situations to me, supporting and guiding them using my experiences so they can live life fulfilled and happily.

The past two years I've been couch surfing and hopping between homelessness shelters (currently in one) while I try to save as much money as possible so I can afford to make a down payment on a mortgage before I get priced out of the market and become truly homeless, and also to afford gender reassignment surgery as I'll be hard pressed to save enough once I own a house due to the high cost of living. Any amount helps, really, even if it's just a couple dollars out of your spare change! All donations go explicitly towards the mortgage/GRS savings only.
