Hello, my friends, family, and generous supporters, I'm embarking on a transformative journey to overcome sciatica pain, which has presented significant challenges in my daily life. When I experience pain, it radiates from my back down to my right leg and big toe. Despite its intensity, I'm committed to uncovering innovative solutions, such as stem cell treatment, and implementing targeted exercises to enhance my posture, ultimately empowering me to stand taller and feel my absolute best.—————————————/—-//-/I am Struggling with sciatica:
The excruciating Sciatica nerves pain is no joke,
I am experiencing it on a daily basis.
Living by myself included being unsupported, plus a meager Salary retirement income. Although, I work hard most of my lives.
Recently, my limitations hender me from do many necessary, basic things such as,
1. going into the tub, to take a bath.
2. Driving to the pharmacy,
3. washing my clothing,
4. preparing my meal.
5. Even, planning a meals
6. Recently I was stuck trying to get my legs over the tub. Which took me 1 hour, my innovative, solution was turn around, sit on the toilet stool and push my butt over as much as possible, then take my time and tolerate the pain in order to get out of the tub.
7. From my living room space to the kitchen takes me about 30 minutes even with holding on to different walls and furniture.
8. I wanted to make teas on the stove. The water pot felt out of my hand and broke my glass top stove.
9. When I experiences the pain, which is most my back down my right legs to my big toe. The pain is so intense it does not allow me to stand up straight as I should. I bent in a Hunchback position.
10. My greatest fear is, I would not want my sciatic nerve pain, damaged the nerve in my leg and lead me to get amputation.
11. My home is practically unenviable because, it’s difficult for me to maintain it.
12. I am a young person, and part of my desire is to get whatever help I can get to live a more meaningful life.

Not excluding kidney and liver disease.

I become overwhelm with deep depression. While also suffering from unresolved traumatic stress, PSTD. I am seeing therapist and had see psychiatrist do treatment with them.
