Help Me Overcome My Battle with a Brain Tumor

Hi my names is Henrik, I am reaching out to share my journey and seek your support. In January, I received the life-changing news that I have a brain tumor. After extensive discussions with my doctors, I chose to undergo immunotherapy, a non-invasive treatment option, instead of surgery due to the inherent risks and complications associated with brain tumor surgeries.

Despite the statistics being daunting, I am fortunate that my body has responded positively to the immunotherapy. After about seven months of treatment, I am happy to report that the tumor is reducing in size. My prognosis has shifted from grim to somewhat hopeful, yet I face the reality that I will need to continue these treatments for an additional 8 to 10 months.

The journey has been financially overwhelming. I have financed my treatments through savings and loans, but I have now reached a point where I can no longer bare the costs alone. To date, I have spent approximately €80,000 on my treatments, and I expect to need to raise about €67,000 over the next nine months. Currently, I am in urgent need of €7,000 for my next treatment, which I was supposed to start in early September but could not due to financial constraints.

I understand that this may be the first time many of you are hearing about my situation, and I apologize for not sharing sooner. I wouldn’t ask for help if it weren’t my last resort.
