As many of you know I have wanted to open my own yoga studio for years. It seems as 2019 is the year when I take the leap. It is time to fly on my own. Well, not on my own really but with all of you who have been supporting me for many years, encouraging me and who believe I can do it. 

The sudio will be named Soul Movement Yoga and ideally will be located in Southern Orange county (Lake Forest, Mission Viejo or Rancho Santa Margarita.) 

Soul Movement Yoga’s desire is to create an open and inclusive community in Southern Orange County. Through Yoga classes, and specialty workshops we want to help  awaken individuals to their souls and facilitate a meaningful relationships with others. Our classes are designed to wake up the soul through movement, music, meditation, and chanting.

I envision Soul Movement Yoga to be a safe and fun space where people can grow mind, body and soul together. No matter body type, race, sexual orientation, gender identification, able bodiedness, or religious beliefs individuals can come together in the practice of Yoga.

With the help of my partner Holly, we have secured a loan to help us get started, but my goal is to come into it with enough fund to get all the start up costs* covered and maybe have to take on less of a loan. 

We have a business plan and 3 years financial projections available if you want to make a larger contribution and would like more details. 

Trufully anything will make a difference and I am so thankful to have been able to teach so many of you over for the past 16 years. We have done it all, retreats, workshops and fundraisers and I believe that together we can take the next step into creating this community.
