Help Me Open a Specialty Hot Sauce Business
Donation protected
Overview
My name is Dyllan Russell. I am a engineer and entrepreneur from Atlanta, Georgia. I relocated to Huntsville two years ago, and am raising money to open an online retail hot sauce store. I will also be campaigning and selling my products to local farmers markets.
I currently have a small amount of seed money and a healthy, growing personal base that have enjoyed my products. Now, I need your help to take the next step and sell my hot sauce at the commercial level.
Why now?
I’ve spent the past 6 months growing habaneros and tweaking a vinegar-based hot sauce that I created myself. After many tears and glasses of milk, I created a product that I am proud of, and with the encouragement of my friends, decided to do the work necessary to take my operation to the next level
After extensive research, I found that the road to selling hot sauce commercially is a very expensive one. Licensing and processing classes, FDA registrations are only some of the steps necessary to bring this dream of mine to fruition. As a small business, I hope to humbly call upon the support of our community.
How will this money be used?
Your donation will be used to pay for food distribution licenses, better processing classes, purchase inventory for the hot sauce including ingredients, glassware, bottling and labelling, and rental costs for kitchenware.
Who am I?
As mentioned above, my name is Dyllan Russell and I’m a Huntsville-based engineer and entrepreneur. I am the founder of Sauce Daddy, an personal retail company for hot sauce I make personally.

Thank you all in advance for your generous donations
