Hi my name is Brooklyne. I am 33 years old and I am FINALLY receiving a kidney! My illness began when I was 13 years old and has slowly progressed. I began doing Dialysis 2 years ago and it has been an extremely long road for my family and I. My Living Donor is my boyfriend of 3 years, Lupe Chavez. He is generously donating his Kidney to me; who would’ve thought he would be MY MATCH!? Our surgery is about 3 months away and we will both have to miss work, rent an Air B&B and live in San Antonio for 6-8 weeks. We will have to maintain our mortgage, bills, and both of our children will have to be cared for during this time as well. We are humbly asking for donations to help us with our time away from work. Anything that is given will be greatly appreciated from the both of us. Luke 6:28 says “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.
