Help me keep my home after a year of unemployment

Donation protected
My name is Matt (They/He, 31, ADHD) and I hate asking for money, but I've not really got any other options so what have I got to lose?

After getting laid off from my life long job 15 months ago (in part due to Unbound publushing screwing over my boss), I've not been able to gain employment at all. My work history has meant I’m both overqualified and underqualified for everything - I've not been able to get anything, from cleaning jobs, retail, hospitality to my specialty of YouTube channel manager roles, video editing, project management (I think I’ve applied for 1000 jobs of all types). Even if I got a good job tomorrow, the debt would take a decade to pay off at best.

I've been surviving on about £500 per month for the last year, and as a result I've fallen into almost £20k of debt just to keep my head above water (just paying for food, power, council tax, mortgage interest, service charge, etc), as well as having to pay a couple of grand out of pocket to get healthcare and medication for my ADHD. I'm not able to move anywhere else or sell my home due to being trapped by cladding related issues for at least the next few years (and am being forced to pay an extortionate service charge), and I've already sold most of what I own that's worth anything. The banks are now threatening me with legal action and my home with potential repossession unless I can pay off the debt - and my current only options to do that are bankruptcy, an unaffordable Individual Voluntary Arrangement, or forfeiting my home to the bank (which would leave me without a home, and not enough money to rent another one). While I’m not going to end up on the street, all the options are.. bad. Figured I might as well try another option!

My benefits were finally increased recently and I'm now able to just cover my monthly bills (along with some being reduced with support), but I still can't deal with the debt, and I really don't want to lose everything and potentially be made homeless. I've been trying to use my free time for good, contributing most of my time and energy to helping my local progressive political party, but sadly it doesn't pay.

I'd appreciate any donations that you wouldn't miss, I don't want to take money that you need! All money will go towards paying the debt, nothing will go towards my daily living.
