Help Me Navigate Mom's Sudden Passing

I lost my mom suddenly and unexpectedly. I’m still trying to figure out her finances and expenses. I’m overwhelmed already by my own responsibilities, and now I have to take over hers. I need help with advice, guidance, and finances to ensure her house stays running, at least until I can figure everything out. Any help in any way, to ensure I can give her the proper goodbye she deserves. I’m so lost; I have no experience in this and only have one family member here to even possibly help. The rest of our family is in Louisville, Kentucky, where we are from originally. My mom moved here three years ago to be with me.
