Please help me recover from Vehicle Theft!

 New Update!!!! Urgent help is seriously needed!!!!

  I’ve made this gofundme about the help I needed in order to get a new vehicle before it breaks down completely again leaving me stranded. And to help get the fixing it needs to keep it running. This morning around 6:14 my only vehicle was stolen. While walking heading out to my vehicle around noon today to begin doing my deliveries. Not seeing my vehicle anywhere in sight and walking into just a pile of glass where I left is amongst the most horrible things in life. The perpetrator had bust the window to my vehicle out opened the door and took off within minutes. I’ve been living from homeless shelter to homeless shelter for 7 years before I’ve gotten my first place. Then my vehicle before this one has broken down, I eventually had to leave that place. That’s where I went back homeless again for another year. Living out of my vehicle and doing deliveries. No longer than a month and an half ago I’ve finally gotten housed throughout a homeless program. My vehicle is my only source of income. Also I’ve just gotten that vehicle 1 year ago. And it’s been a very terrible life of driving it. I’ve been trying to upkeep my vehicles maintenance, it is still in need of quite the handful of repairs. I had to junk my previous vehicle for $500 and used that to transfer my plates over to this one and to pay the taxes on it, gas it up, fix some of the immediate repairs, etc… After finding some help with replacing the transmission etc… Still I haven’t been enabled to come up with enough money to pay my rent, build my credit and to get back into my college. While being low income not make enough to make ends meet. Now my vehicle is stolen!!!! This is an outrage!!! Please help!!!

I’ve worked soo hard trying to get back on my feet. I’ll try to take better pictures. But the glass from the window and the piece of the rain guard are the only things that can be seen in the parking space where I last parked my vehicle. I seriously hope my vehicle breaks down on them and leave them stranded like it did to me while I had all the delivery packages on there.

I am a College University Student aiming to get my degree in making video games. Also, I am an Independent Contractor in the Transportation Field currently doing deliveries while simultaneously living out of my vehicle along with my cat (palico). I love to drive and transport goods cross country. I deliver vehicle parts, small, medium, large, extra large packages, medical supplies, food, and etc…

   However, this is a serious emergency my vehicle is in real bad terrible shape it is a 2008 year vehicle. With many problems, leaks, the radiator is falling, the welded metal underneath the radiator has rusted enough to break off hanging by a thread, drive train it needs a tune up, the fuse box has an intermittent connection messing up the electrical wiring harness, it is continuously at a random cutting off while I am driving, leaving me stranded in this abyss of getting it fixed and the shops not being able to fix it, yet telling me that they’ve fixed it. Then it eventually does the same thing. I just don’t have the money. Shop’s don’t even want to deal with it. This make and model is an old Chevy Uplander, certain parts for it are discontinued and so on.    

   I am starting this fundraiser because I am highly in need of a new vehicle immediately. The money will go towards a Newer Year Vehicle. Transporting goods will become more efficient. I am currently having to live out of it again since I’ve gotten evicted. I am going to have to live out of it this coming winter time. Possibly spend some of my earned income on a hotel room, until I find a new place. One that I can actually call home. There has been no where no place for me to really call home here. Due to no little to no credit history at all. At the end of the day, this truck left me stranded in the front of a warehouse I was working at and I had to tow it the next morning to a shop. It was in the shop for too long of time, so the warehouse position became no longer available. Oh, hopefully the unemployment would cover the loss of a job. The temp-service agency denied my unemployment by telling the unemployment office that I was a “no call”, “no show” although I’ve surely called her and let her know everything that was going on. Also, I’ve had her on the phone admittedly verifying that I’ve called her and the warehouse to keep them up to date about my situation.   

   I was homeless for 7 years, living out of my vehicle and over the road while working with an expedite company delivering local and long distance. I’ve purchased this vehicle from them, paying it off with my check every week. Around that time the salary within that particular job field was minimum $35,000 annually. And I didn’t make anywhere close to that in any year while working with them. They’ve started me off at .20 cents per mile for cargo vans and .25 cents per mile for box trucks and sprinter vans. Once a year going up .05 cents each for 4 years. Then I’ve moved on to working inside of warehouses throughout temporary agencies. While still living out of my vehicle. Didn’t go so well, but eventually I was finally able to get my first apartment and then not even a full calendar year 365 days in my apartment, the pandemic happens. I was still working during the pandemic shipping out food. However, due to all the ware & tear of my vehicle being that it was used when I’ve bought it, has only gotten more worse. I get one thing fixed and another thing breaks.   

   Now I am currently an Independent Contractor transporting many more goods to many individuals and families. In this year I have downloaded more apps to do my business with such as Roadie, Uber (Newer Year Vehicle Requirement), Grubhub, Amazon Flex (Reactivation Needed), Doordash (Reactivation Needed), Spark (Waitlisted), Instacart (Waitlisted), ShipT (Waitlisted), Deliver That (Background Check (Fee), Curri (Background Check (Fee), Bungii Background Check (Fee)  

  I want to keep transporting goods! In many ways! I need to get my college degree! I hope to graduate college! I would love to get rolling better then on to contribute back to other’s fundraisers in need! Please share my GoFundMe! Thanks to you all! 

   I have updated my goal to the immediate expense of the auto repair estimates. My original goal is still the main goal which is $59,000 to get help funded for a reliable newer year vehicle.
