Hello, my name is Ana. I am a Hispanic single mother of four children — a 19-year-old son, a 16-year-old daughter, an 8-year-old daughter, and a 2-year-old son. I work hard as a cleaning lady to provide for my family and cover our daily needs.

In 2023, my life changed in a way I never expected. I was called to my daughter’s school, where I was informed by the police that she had reported abuse by her biological father. Since that day, my focus has been on protecting my children and helping them heal.

Right now, we are still living in an environment that has been emotionally difficult, especially for my daughters. I want to move my family into a safe 2-bedroom apartment where we can begin again and where my children can feel secure and at peace.

I am hoping to raise $7,000 to cover a security deposit, first month’s rent, and moving expenses. My goal is to relocate my family by the beginning of May.

While I work hard every day, I do not currently have a strong support system to help me make this move possible. That is why I am reaching out for help during this critical time.

Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward giving my children a safer place to live and a chance to heal.
