Hi I am Ola and sam is my friend this is on her behalf this is her story.

hello everyone my name is Sam and I am a Sudanese medical doctor who graduated from the University of Bahri in 2018. I am currently fundraising to match into a residency training program in the US next year, with the hope of specializing in psychiatry, a field that has been my passion since my undergraduate years.

Due to the ongoing war in Sudan I have been displaced from my home and am currently in Egypt. The past year, 2023, has been incredibly challenging for me, but I am determined to fight back for a better future.

Your support can help shorten my long journey and advance my career, which has been on hold for a year now. I am in need of financial assistance for application fees, rotation costs, and travel expenses related to pursuing my residency training in the US.
