Hello! My name is Jason Portz and I'm currently a Senior at Rancho Cucamonga High school . Marching with a Drum & Bugle Corp has been my dream since freshman year, when I first saw DCI live at the Rose Bowl and knew that was where I wanted to be. After four years in battery and endless hours practicing in front of a mallet instrument, I’ve been given the opportunity to march and compete with the front ensemble at GOLD!!! This is both exciting and extremely meaningful to me as I transition into adulthood.

Drum Corps International (DCI) is a nationally recognized, world-class marching music organization where performers tour across the country all summer, competing and performing at stadiums nationwide.

As many know, tour fees can be extremely expensive but for a high cost i will be able to tour all across America and perform with such an amazing group of people all summer!

Here’s my big ask: If you’re considering a graduation gift, I’d be incredibly grateful if you’d consider donating to help me march with Gold Drum & Bugle Corps this summer instead.
