im absolutely delighted to share that I’ve been offered a place with a respected charity on their owner-trained assistance dog programme, specially to support my fibromyalgia, severe anxiety, depression and mobility challenges.

The charity will give me all the specialist guidance, assessments and ongoing support I need to train my own dog to official assistance dog standards tailored perfectly to my exact needs. I’m reaching out for help to raise the money needed to cover the programme fees, the puppy, specialist training, and everything else required to make this happen.

Living with fibromyalgia means constant pain, weakness and fatigue that leaves me relying on a wheelchair much of the time and severe anxiety and depression make getting out and managing daily life feel overwhelming. This dog will change everything helping me with practical tasks, steadying me when I move, and calming and grounding me when my mood or anxiety spikes.
