FRIENDS! I need your help.
I was scammed $2000 by someone falsely pretending to be someone else. They were very smart and were able to steal this money out of my bank account. I have been pleading my case to my bank for over 2 weeks now, talked to the police and other outlets with no resolution.
At this point, I have no way of getting this money that I lost back and sadly this is where I am and all that I can do. I tried to see if I could put my rent coming up in the next couple of days on forbearance to allow me to make this money back, however my apartment complex is not allowing me to do this.
I know times are tough right now but any help you can donate would be so appreciative. Also PSA - please be extra careful out there. People are being extra ruthless right now trying to steal you information and $. Always keep an eye out for any red flags. Thank you in advance.
