I am looking for financial assistance, because of several unforeseen circumstances, in order to make my rent for July. I had been using a service (marketed to me by the apartment management) which allowed me to split my rent into two payments, essentially defer a portion of it until later in the month. I started paying that way after I lost my job last year, and I've never been in a position where I could easily get away from it.

Unfortunately, as I am entering bankruptcy, I found out today that the bankruptcy makes me immediately ineligible for that service. So, starting with my rent for July, all of it will again be due on the 1st of the month. Because my finances have been so tight, and in part because I recently spent about $700 in vet bills for my cat Charlie and have him on an expensive med, I am about $700 short of what I need to make rent on July 1. That amount would get me over the hump, and I would be able to pay rent normally from there forward. Any and all help anybody can help me with to get past this would be greatly appreciated. All amounts help!
