Help me make my 40s better than my 30s

Hi, my name is Robert.

I'm fundraising to help me realise my dream of opening a store in my hometown in Lancashire England. I want to sell local artists work, gifts and luxury homeware whilst creating a unique shopping experience. I want to create a space for creators and artists to host classes and to sell their goods. My reason for wanting to do this is to bring about change in my life and contribute to my community. I entered my 30s feeling positive about the future, but after losing my mum, being diagnosed with cancer (which i am now thankfully cured of), being in a terrorist attack, losing my nan and a close friend at the age of 39 I thought the curse of my 30s was over, as I turn 40 in August...... but then I lost my dad in June... so I decided change was needed and a need to bring back positivity in my life..... so my plea is to help me make my 40s better than my 30s.

Your donations will support me to pay all legal fees, initial lease costs, and contract costs for the store. The total cost will be £20,500 to open the shop and I found out today I can borrow only £12,000, so there is a deficit of £8500, so my plea is to help me open my dream shop and help me create a space to support the local arts in my area.
