I am traveling to Washington D.C. July 25-29 to attend the Citizens' Climate Lobby Conference and Lobby Day at the U.S. Capitol. My goal is to urge members of Congress to pass strong policies that address climate change and protect our planet for future generations. This event brings together passionate advocates from across the country, and I am honored to be part of this important effort.

These funds will help me cover my air travel, meals, and public transportation while I am in Washington D.C. As someone who has spent the last 16 years as a climate organizer, I believe that lobbying in person at the U.S. Capitol is one of the most effective actions I can take to encourage lawmakers to enact meaningful policies to reduce the threat of climate change.
