Hello everyone !

My name is Cassandra, I come from France and I'm an aspiring musical theatre actress currently based in South Korea. I've been working hard to build a career in the performing arts, here, in Seoul, but I'm currently carrying a student loan of around 30 000 euros which has become increasingly difficult to manage.

I want to be clear. I'm not asking for help with everyday living expenses. I'm reaching out for help to pay down my loan. This is not an easy thing to ask and I feel deeply ashamed to even put this out there. This debt is mine because I made certain choices and I don't want to burden anyone else, especially not my parents, as my mom is fighting cancer since last year. They are both already doing their best to help me and I can't ask them for this kind of support.

Asking for help like this is incredibly difficult for me but I've reached a point where even a small amount of support would provide a fresh breath, giving me the opportunity to continue my pursuit of a career in musical theatre without the constant weight of debt hanging over me. Every euro from this campaign will go directly toward paying down my loan. I don't expect to raise the full amount but even a portion would allow me to focus more on my work and less on financial pressure.
